We'll be holding our AGM June 13, 6 - 7:30 pm at the Whistler Museum.  Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting (though only members get to vote) and following barbecue!  Come find out what we've up to!

Valley of Dreams Walking Tour 2018

June, July and August 2018

During June, July and August the Museum will be holding our Valley of Dreams Walking Tour daily.  Whether you're visiting Whistler, here to work for the season or a long time local we guarantee you will learn something new.  The tours will meet outside of the Whistler Visitor Centre on Gateway Drive at 11am.  By donation.

Early Closing Thursday, May 17

May 17th, 2018
The Whistler Museum will close early at 5pm Thursday, May 17.  We apologize for any inconvenience and will resume regular hours Friday, May 18.

Film Screening: The Moment

May 15th, 2018
The Whistler Museum is hosting a screening of Darcy Turenne's influential mountain biking documentary The Moment, followed by a Q&A with Brett Tippie and door prizes. At the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre.

Doors open at 8pm; film begins at 8:30pm.  Entry by donation, with all proceeds going to the BC Aboriginal Youth Mountain Biking Program.

The Story of Lord of the Squirrels & Whistler's Alpine MTB Trails

May 15th, 2018
Trail builder Dan Raymond and WORCA Director of Planning Todd Hellinga join us to discuss Whistler's alpine trails and the building and long-awaited opening of Lord of the Squirrels.  At the Whistler Museum.

Friday, May 18.  Doors open at 6:30pm; talk begins at 7pm.  Entry by donation, with all proceeds going to WORCA trail maintenance.

Whistler Mountain Bike Heritage Week 2018

In celebration of the trails, talent and passion that makes mountain biking in Whistler special the Whistler Museum will be hosting the 3rd annual Whistler Mountain Bike Heritage Week May 16 -21.  Check our page under Events for more information on presentations, workshops, film screenings and rides.
