Funding Announcements

The Whistler Museum is pleased to announce the receipt of funding for the following initiatives. 

• Museums Assistance Program - Department of Canadian Heritage - Collections Management project $20,000
• British Columbia Arts Council - $4,325 towards the completion of a collections management project.
• Arts Now Catalyst Program - $22,000 towards a Heritage Needs Assessment, completed in partnership with the Resort Municipality of Whistler
• Spirit of BC Opportunities Program - $4,200 towards researching Whistler's resort development phase of history and capturing oral histories from community members contributing to this process.
• ArtsPOD - $2,500 towards the completion of an Organizational Assessment focusing on governance structure and recruitment of volunteers.
