Valley of Dreams Walking Tours

Guided Whistler Valley walking tours, facilitated by professional and experienced staff, are offered and can be arranged for groups of five or more. Please contact the Museum to book a tour.

In June, July and August the Valley of Dreams Walking Tours run daily, leaving from the Whistler Visitor Centre at 11am (the Whistler Visitor Centre is located just by the taxi/bus loop off Gateway Drive).

Crafts in the Park

Join the Whistler Museum and Whistler Public Library every Thursday from July 5 to August 23 for Crafts in the Park. This unique program blends a bit of history with stories and crafts. Each week our theme will focus on a unique aspect of Whistler! Ages 3 years and up, must be accompanied by an adult. Program will take place in Florence Petersen Park.

Multimedia Presentations

The museum offers a multimedia slideshow presentation which focuses on the history of the development of Whistler Village, in conjunction with the events surrounding the history of Whistler's Olympic bids. Presentations are facilitated by long-term local Whistlerites and can be held either at the museum or at an off-site location.
